Upon receiving notification of the award of the construction contract, ARSARI will serve as project monitor who will represent the Owner at the project site. As a project monitor ARSARI will attend the monthly meetings at the site and as needed to facilitate progress of the work.

Cooperation between project stakeholders ensures that the maximum amount of services are provided during the construction phase of a project. ARSARI take an active role in the design process by reviewing design documents before phase submittals and final contract documents. This activity allows us to address the constructability of our designs during the design process and not during construction.
